Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1 business day with next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Please contact us if you're unsure about your specific item.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
